21.05.2009 Chase participated today
in local great dane club's open show. Judge was Marika
Rytinki, kennel Danemanian. Chase won intermediate class
(1-2 years old) and was BIS4!!
18.04.2009 Show in
Sillamäe, Estonia - our last change to get the third
jun-cac...
Judge for great danes was Olga Gracheva from Russia.
Chase got excellent in quality and was JUN-BOB with
JUN-CAC and BOB. Now he really is new Estonian Junior Champion!!! Jippii

04.04.2009 Show
trip to Rakvere, Estonia. We met Chase's breeder
Catharina there too, she was there with her lovely
brindle Diva and fawn male Mio with his owner. Chase had
bad luck right before our turn to be judged, one bitch
bited him in the ear and he was bleeding a lot. We
managed to stop the bleeding, but after the attack Chase
was not very calm in the ring and didn'd move normally.
He got really excellent critic otherwise, but due to
movements he got blue ribbon (good).
Big congratulations
to two new Estonian Champions, Diva and Mio!! It was so
nice to meet you again!
25.01.2009 Today we participated in
show in Turku, judge for fawn & brindle danes was Des
Manton from Ireland. Chase was really tired after
yesterday's adventure in the forest (we had already been
over an hour walking and climbing in forest when Chase
got some scent in his nose and he run away, finally he
came back over one hour later) so he was like asleep in
the ring. Even the judge smiled to Chase, hugged him and
said "he wants to go to the bed" The result was very
good and the funniest sentence in his critic was "today
he wishes to lie at the firesite, he didn't want to move"

18.01.2009 Show in
Lahti. Chase decided to be afraid of the floor and moved
like a deer on ice... Judge Marianne Holm's words "he is
really very handsome but..." didn't solace a lot when we
got again blue ribbon... As poor begin for this year as
the last year ended.
14.12.2008 End of
the show year in Helsinki, Svend Lövenkjaer from Denmark
judging fawn & bridle danes. Due to unstable movements
Chase got "good" although the judge said he is very
promising and beautiful.
29.11.2008 Dog show in Sillamäe,
Estonia. Judge for great danes was Ligita Zage from
Latvia. Great success again; Chase got excellent in
quality, his second JUN-CAC and was even JUN-BOB & BOB!!
So now it's one
more CAC to get Junior Champion title...
25.10.2008 We made weekend trip to
Rakvere in Estonia. The show went better than I never
expected: Chase EXL1 JUN-CAC JUN-BOB and BOB!! The judge
was Rodi Hübenthal from Norway.

18.10.2008 Sweden-boys 1 year today!!
We celebrated Chase's birthday with meatcake and he was
also with me in my shop today, and he chose couple of
toys as birthday presents. Congratulations also to
brother Rane, Grand Electra's Ingen É Som Du!

participated in GD Colour show in Muurame. Chase won
junior class with HP.
25.05.2008 We went to match show
with Chase again. He got red ribbon and was 1st in
puppies, he was even placed BIS-4!!
19.05.2008 Chase
participated in local GD club's match show. He was 1st
in red ribbon puppies and finally BIS-4!! Brother Rane
was 2nd in blue ribbon puppies!
04.05.2008 Chase was BOB-puppy in Hollola all breed
puppy show.
10.02.2008 Danny got little brother
today, Chase arrived from Sweden. Tack så mycket

Very sad start for this year; we lost our lovely old
gentleman Api :-(
Veterinarian
diagnosed arthrosis in his shoulders in summer, but now
the vet thought it might have been tumor in his bone.
Arthrosis alone wouldn't have made Api in so bad
condition so quickly.
20.10.2007 We made a show trip
to Rakvere in Estonia. The judge for great danes was
Piotr Krol from Poland. The critic was written in
russian, so I don't have any idea what there is said
about Danny, but I believe the judge liked about him a
lot... The result was excellent in quality, best male
with CAC and BOS! Our little Danny, a real dash of gold,
is now also Estonian Champion!!

15.9.2007 Today we participated
unofficial tracking competion which was organised for
the first time for great danes. Danny participated in
human track and was 2nd. Api was 3rd in blood track.
Both boys had sooo much fun in the forest!
3.8.2007 Danny passed Canine Good Citizen -test without any
problems.
1.6.2007 Api's
7-years-birthday!! Thanks for breeder for world's best
GREAT dane!!
29.5.2007 Danny's hips and
elbows was x-rayed today. Vetenary's estimation of
results was A/A hips and 0/0 elbows - both best possible!
After couple of weeks we will get official results from
Finnish Kennel Club. Official heart auscultation was
also made: no heart murmur, no symptoms of heart failure.
Great, our little D is of best A class!
24.3.2007 Tampere Int Show,
judge Stephen Hall from Great Britain: Danny got
excellent in quality and CAC - he is now Finnish
Champion!!!!
5.11.2006 Danny got his 3rd CAC
in Seinäjoki International Dog Show. So now he needs
only one more CAC to become a champion after he is 2
years old.
9.9.2006 Danny participated
today in match show and unofficial junior
handler-competition with Raakel. This time they didn't
get placement, although it went really nicely. In great
dane-class gotmother-Nina was handling Danny, he was 1st
best male and even BOB. Raakel handled Danny in best in
show-ring and it went really great, Danny was BIS2!!

Danny participated in unofficial junior
handler-competition with Raakel R. They won class for
14-17 years old and were even winner of best junior
handler of the show! Congratulations to Raakel for nice
work with Danny!
20.8.2006 Visiting dog show in
Heinola with Danny. The judge for great danes was Rajko
Rotner from Slovenia. Danny got excellent in quality and
was 2nd best male with CAC - jippii, jihuu!!! I was sooo
happy and proud of my little D!!
13.8.2006 All breeds dog show in
Raisio, Marija Kavcic from Slovenia judging great danes.
Danny got excellent in quality, won intermediate class
and got res-cac. I was handling him my self for a very
long time and Danny behaved nicely this time.
12.8.2006 Colour Show of the
Finnish Great Dane Club in Piikkiö. The judge for fawn
danes was Peter Jansson from kennel Swedhouse, Sweden.
Results: Danny 1. HP in intermediate class, Api 4. in
senior class (only competition class, no quality class).
Danny participated also in unofficial obedience trial
and was 4th in novice class.
22.7.2006 We made summer excursion with Api
and his sister Ada to Haapsalu, Estonia. There was all
breeds national dog show and Avi Marshak from Isreal was
judging the great danes. Both dogs got 'excellent' in
quality, got CAC and became Estonian Champions and Api
was even BOB! What a great day for our "seniors"!!
11.6.2006 European Winner Show in
Helsinki, judge Moa Persson from Sweden. Danny got
excellent in quality and won his class with title
European Junior Winner! He got also his first CAC!!
10.6.2006 Great Dane Speciality
Show in Hämeenlinna, judge Margrit Völzer from
Luxemburg. Both boys got excellent in quality, and Danny
was also class winner. Great day for us!!

Jippii, jihuu!!
Danny had great success in Baltic Winner Show in Tallinn,
Estonia. He was BOB-Junior with JUN-CAC, Best Male 1st
and even BOB!! Now we can call him BaltJW-06 & BaltW-06.
The judge was Annika Ulltveit-Moe from Sweden. Mum is
sooooo happy and proud of little Danny!!!

Danny
was in Lappeenranta International Dog Show on
16.04.2006. He got excellent in quality and was 4th best
male and got res-cc. The judge was David Strachan from
Australia.
18.2.2006 Danny had great success in Puppy-, Junior-
and Veteran Show of the Finnish Great Dane Club. Danny
won 12-18 months old juniors and was placed on 4th place
in BIS-ring. Mum is soooooo proud of little-D!!
The judge was Satu Ylä-Mononen and there were totally
95 danes participating the show.
18.9.2005 Danny BOB-puppy in Tampere.
The judge was Helin Kasuk from Estonia. It was last time
in puppy class....
27.8.2005 Danny BOB-puppy in Kouvola,
Api got excellent. The judge was Roger Vanhoenacker from
Belgium. Thank you Nina for handling my little
kangaroo-boy Danny ☺

Two shows and two times BOB-puppy! On Saturday in
Valkeakoski the judge was Ulf Bråthen from Denmark and
on Sunday in Aura the judge was Markku Kipinä from
Finland. Danny got excellent judgements both days and
this time he even showed up himself much better than
last weekend.

Danny BOS-puppy in Helsinki, judge was Anneli Karttunen
from Finland. He got excellent judgement although his
running was jumping like a kangaroo...

12.6.2005 Danny was BOS-puppy in
Helsinki. He got excellent judgement and showed up
himself very well.
29.5.2005 Today we participated in
match show in Parainen. Danny got red ribbon and was 4th
of the red-ribbon-puppies.
28.5.2005 Danny started today his show
career in puppy show in Tampere. He was 2nd in his class.
25.3.2005 Api got 3rd
prize in the competition for the
Finnish Great Dane Club's Working Dane of the Year 2004.
19.2.2005 Long trip by
car is over, we came home this morning with little
Danny. He seems to be very brave and active boy. Thank
you Elisabeth for the wonderful golden Danny!
26.1.2005 I have
compared the puppy pictures with each other, but it is
so difficult to choose the right one... Anyway, today
has little-D got mircoship and rabies vaccination to be
ready to move to Finland in february. Official name of
little-D or Danny will be Lulubelle's Dash of Gold.
21.12.2004 Litter D
was born in kennel Lulubelle's in Norway, 3 bitches and
3 dogs.
23.9.2004
Api passed Canine Good Citizen -test without any
problems.
5.9.2004 We participated official
obedience test in Kaarina. The judge was Tiina Heino.
Result was 119 points, that is III-result and the
placement was 4th in the novice class.
29.5.2004 Official mental test in
Kaarina. The judges were Carita Koskinen and Sirkka
Lempinen. Result was +172 points, in other words Api has
excellent temperament, as I knew already before the test
:-) . Full result in Api's presentation.
March 2004: Api was prized with the
3rd prize in the Finnish Great Dane Club's Working Dane
of the Year 2003 -competition.
